In each union council, 01 chairman, 09 ward members in 09 wards and 03 reserved women members in former 03 wards are directly elected by the voters of the respective constituency. Apart from the elected members, 01 secretary, and 01 account assistant cum-computer operator, 01 dafadar and 09 mahalsnadar (village police) work as own employees of the union parishad.
